ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This
matter comes before the Administrative Law Court (ALC or Court) pursuant to the
appeal of the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles (Department), filed on
March 3, 2006. In this appeal, the Department has ultimately filed a Notice
of Appeal duplicative to his Notice of Appeal filed in Docket Number 06-ALJ-21-0096-AP
on March 2, 2006. Furthermore, Docket Number 06-ALJ-21-0096-AP is still
pending before this Court for final disposition. Accordingly, and in the
interests of judicial economy,
IT
IS HEREBY ORDERED that this duplicate appeal be dismissed and that filings
contained in this file be incorporated into Docket No. 06-ALJ-21-0096-AP.
