ORDER OF DISMISSAL
By a Consent Motion to Dismiss with Prejudice filed on May 5, 2003, the parties to the
above-captioned matter informed this tribunal that they have reached a settlement of this case and
moved this tribunal for an Order dismissing this case with prejudice. Therefore, as there are no
justiciable issues remaining in controversy, and upon the motion of the parties,
IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case is hereby DISMISSED with prejudice.
