ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In the above-captioned matter, by letter dated January 13, 2003, Manton M. Grier, Jr., attorney for Petitioner, notified this
tribunal that Respondent Board of Social Work Examiners has provided Petitioner with a copy of the initial complaint as
requested by Petitioner in her Petition for Injunctive Relief and for Production of Documents and her Motion to Produce
Complaint Filed Against Petitioner. Accordingly, Petitioner now wishes to withdraw her Petition and Motion that are the
subject of the instant matter. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned matter is DISMISSED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
