ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
THIS
MATTER COMES before me at the request of the Petitioner, South Carolina
Department of
Health and Environmental Control which, with the consent of the Respondent, Jordan
Residential Care, Inc., moves for a voluntary dismissal of the above-captioned
contested case. By letter dated May 8, 2006, the Court was notified that the
Parties had settled this matter, and that the Respondent has paid the monetary
penalty in full. Based on good cause shown,
IT
IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that, pursuant to Rule 41(a)(2)
of the South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure, with the consent of all parties
hereto, this action, including all claims herein asserted by all parties, is
hereby dismissed. That previous Order of the Court filed March 23, 2006,
which set a hearing date of May 31, 2006, is vacated.
AND
IT IS SO ORDERED.
