ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the South Carolina Administrative Law Court
pursuant to Petitioner’s request for a contested case hearing. The South
Carolina Department of Revenue (Department) denied Petitioner’s request for an
on-premises beer and wine permit due to a public protest filed by R.H.
Patterson. By letter received on May 31, 2006, Mr. Patterson, the sole protestant
in this matter, withdrew his protest. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for June 1, 2006
at 10:00 a.m. is cancelled and that this matter is DISMISSED with prejudice;
and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Department resume processing
Petitioner’s application for an on-premises beer and wine permit.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
