ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In the above-captioned matter, by a letter dated June 5, 2006, Petitioner
notified this Court that it wishes to withdraw its application for a retail
beer and wine permit, and therefore, to withdraw its request for a contested
case in this matter. Accordingly,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned case is DISMISSED.
AND
IT IS SO ORDERED.
