South Carolina Department of Revenue, notified this Court that the parties to
the above-captioned matter have settled this case. Therefore, as there are no
justiciable issues remaining in controversy,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing of this matter scheduled for
Wednesday, May 31, 2006, is CANCELED and this case is DISMISSED with prejudice.
