ORDERS:
ORDER
This is an appeal
involving the revocation of the Petitioner’s motor vehicle license pursuant S.C.
Code Ann. §§ 56-1-1010 et. seq, (2005). A conference call was held
concerning Petitioner’s Motion to expedite his hearing before the Administrative Law Court on May 18, 2006. During that call the parties agreed that this
case was not ripe for review because a hearing concerning this matter had yet
to be held at the Department of Motor Vehicle Hearings. Therefore,
IT IS ORDERED that this case be dismissed without prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
