ORDERS:
REVISED ORDER OF DISMISSAL
THIS MATTER COMES before me at the request of the Petitioner, Kathy Sterling,
individually and Kathy Sterling, d/b/a Laurens Quick Stop, seeking a voluntary dismissal of the
above-captioned contested case. By a letter dated April 7, 2003, faxed to the Court on April 7,
2003, the Petitioner informed the Court that the Petitioner had worked out a settlement with Mr.
Lloyd Williams, the property owner, and that she wished to withdraw her request for a contested
case hearing. Based on good cause shown,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that, pursuant to Rule
41(a)(2) of the South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure, this action, including all claims herein
asserted by all parties, is hereby dismissed, with each party to bear its own attorneys’ fees and costs.
That previous Order of the Court filed March 3, 2003, which set a hearing date of April 9, 2003, is
vacated. Also, that previous Order of Dismissal, filed April 7, 2003, is vacated due to an incorrect
statement that the Respondent had consented to the Dismissal.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
