hereby consent to the revocation of Brenda B. Elliott, d/b/a, DUCK IN’s license
numbers 32031922-PSB and 32031922-PBW, for failure to meet the statutory
provisions required to maintain both beer and wine permit and a minibottle
license.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED
that Brenda B. Elliott, d/b/a DUCK IN’s license numbers 32031922-PSB and
32031922-PBW, shall be permanently revoked.
