amendments proposed by the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division in Document
# 3064 was scheduled in the above-captioned matter for Thursday, June 15, 2006,
at the South Carolina Administrative Law Court in Columbia, South Carolina.
This matter must now be dismissed.
ALC
Rule 45 requires an agency proposing a regulation to provide a statement to the
Court, at least ten days before the scheduled date of the public hearing,
confirming the need for a hearing on the regulation pursuant to S.C. Code Ann.
§ 1-23-110 (2005) because a request for a hearing was made by twenty-five

IT
IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing on the proposed regulatory amendments
identified above scheduled for June 15, 2006, is hereby CANCELED and
