ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This
matter is before the Administrative Law Court (ALC or Court) pursuant to the
Request for a Contested Case Hearing filed by Petitioner on December 21, 2005.
On April 4, 2006, Petitioner filed a letter with the Court indicating its
desire to withdraw its request for a contested case in the above referenced
matter.
THEREFORE
IT IS ORDERED that the above referenced matter is hereby DISMISSED WITH
PREJUDICE.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
