ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is
currently pending before the South Carolina Administrative Law Court. This
matter involves a request for a contested case hearing by the Petitioner after
a denial of the application for a retail liquor license by the Department of
Revenue based on undisclosed principals and an incomplete application. The
court received a letter from the attorney for the Petitioner on March 22, 2006,
withdrawing the request for a contested case hearing. Therefore, having no
request for a hearing, it is hereby
ORDERED that this matter is
dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
