ORDERS:
ORDER
Prior to the hearing
scheduled for this contested case the parties informed the Court that the
Respondent agreed to pay the $1,000 fine imposed by the South Carolina
Department of Revenue for the violation at issue. As there remains no matter
at issue, Respondent no longer requests a contested case hearing. As such this
matter is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
