ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This
matter is before the Administrative Law Court (“ALC” or “Court”) pursuant to
the Notice of Appeal filed by the Appellant in the above referenced case on
February 9, 2006. On March 13, 2006, Appellant filed a “Statement of
Withdrawal (Appeal)” stating that for various reasons Appellant is unable to
move forward with this appeal.
THEREFORE
IT IS ORDERED that the above referenced appeal is hereby DISMISSED WITH
PREJUDICE.
