ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter comes
before me pursuant to a Stipulation of Dismissal filed by Petitioner and signed
by both Petitioner and Respondent. The South Carolina Department of Health and
Environmental Control and Eden Gardens – Rock Hill have stipulated to a
voluntary dismissal of this action with prejudice, with each party to bear its
own costs. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that this contested case is dismissed with
prejudice.
