A
hearing on the South Carolina Department of Social Services’ Motion to Quash
subpoena was scheduled to be heard at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 16,
2006. On February 13, 2006, the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing
and Regulation notified the Court that it was withdrawing the subpoena at issue
and therefore, the hearing was no longer necessary. Accordingly,
IT
IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter scheduled for 10:00 a.m.
on Thursday, February 16, 2006 is cancelled and this matter is
dismissed.
