ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
THIS MATTER COMES before me at the request of the Petitioner, Kathy Sterling,
individually and Kathy Sterling, d/b/a Laurens Quick Stop, with the agreement of the Respondent,
South Carolina Department of Health and Environment Control (“DHEC”), seeking a voluntary
dismissal of the above-captioned contested case. By an undated letter faxed to the Court on April
7, 2003, the Petitioner informed the Court that the Parties had settled this matter. Based on good
cause shown,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that, pursuant to Rule
41(a)(2) of the South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure, with the consent of all parties hereto, this
action, including all claims herein asserted by all parties, is hereby dismissed, with each party to
bear its own attorneys’ fees and costs. That previous Order of the Court filed March 3, 2003, which
set a hearing date of April 9, 2003, is vacated.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
