ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The
above-captioned contested case was filed with the Administrative Law Court
(Court) on December 20, 2005. On or about January 24, 2006, the sole
protestant, Surfside Beach Department of Public Safety, withdrew its protest of
Petitioner's on-premise beer and wine permit and mini-bottle license. Therefore,
IT
IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
