ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The
above-captioned contested case was filed with the Administrative Law Court
(Court) on July 17, 2005. On January 13, 2006, the parties filed a Settlement
Agreement with the Court which effectively disposed of this matter. A copy of
that Settlement Agreement is attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference. Therefore,
IT
IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
