Greater Columbia now desires to dismissed the above-captioned action;

Petitioner, by and with the Consent of the undersigned attorneys for the
Respondent South Carolina Department of Revenue (“Respondent”), Intervenor
Public Service Commission of South Carolina (the “Commission”), and Intervenor
South Carolina Office of Regulatory Staff (“ORS”);

IS HEREBY ORDERED, pursuant to Rule 68 of the Rules of Procedure for the
Administrative Law Court and Rule 41 of the South Carolina Rules of Civil
Procedure, that the above-captioned action be dismissed.
