The
above-captioned contested case was filed with the Administrative Law Court
(Court) on December 6, 2005. On or about December 23, 2005, the sole
protestant, Linda M. Leslie, withdrew her protest of Petitioner's on-premise
beer and wine permit and minibottle license. Therefore,
IT
IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
