ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
Hearing on the above proposed regulation is set for Thursday, April 10, 2003, at 9:30
a.m. The Court was advised by letter dated April 1, 2003, from Susan Duncan, Assistant
Legislative Liaison for the South Carolina Department of Labor Licensing and Regulation, that
the Contractors’ Board did not receive any requests for a hearing on the proposed regulation in
the above matter and that the hearing will not be necessary.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for Thursday, April 10,
2003, at 9:30 a.m. is canceled.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number 03-ALJ-11-0058-RH is hereby dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
