ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The Appellant notified this Court by letter dated October18, 2005, that he desired to withdraw his request for an appellant hearing from the Respondent’s Residential Builders’ Commission order of March 12, 2004. There being no case in controversy after the Appellant’s withdrawal,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED. The hearing set for November 30, 2005 at 10:00 AM is hereby cancelled.
