The matter is before the Administrative Law Court (Court) pursuant to a request for a contested case hearing filed on April 26, 2005. By letter dated August 2, 2005, counsel for Petitioner notified the Court that the Petitioner wished to withdraw his request for a contested case hearing. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed.
