ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The matter is before the Administrative Law Court (Court) pursuant to a request for a contested case hearing filed on April 22, 2005. By letter dated July 13, 2005, Petitioner notified the Court that it no longer wished to pursue this case and requested that the matter to be dismissed. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
