ORDERS:
ORDER OF REMAND
This matter comes before the Administrative Law Court (ALC or Court) pursuant to the Notice of Appeal filed on October 21, 2004, by Douglas H. Westbrook, Esquire, on behalf of Ray Lee Wells and Thomas Miles, inmates incarcerated with the Department of Corrections (Department).
In its Motion for Remand filed on December 17, 2004, Respondent requests that this matter be remanded to the Department so that it may properly process Appellants' grievances. Therefore, based on the foregoing,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this appeal be REMANDED to the Department for it to process Appellants' grievances.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
