ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The matter is before the Administrative Law Court (Court) pursuant to a request for a contested case hearing filed on June 27, 2005. By letter dated July 19, 2005, Petitioner notified the Court that it wished to withdraw its request for a contested case hearing “with prejudice.” Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
