ORDERS:

ORDER OF DISMISSAL

The above-captioned contested case was filed with the Administrative Law Court (Court) on June 30, 2005. On July 19, 2005, Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office, the sole Protestant in this matter, filed a letter with the Court withdrawing its protest.

This case involved Petitioner’s retail liquor license. The caption has been amended to correctly reflect the identity of the Petitioner. The original (incorrect) caption was identical to that in Docket # 05-ALC-17-0252-CC which was “Nikki Shiv Enterprises, Inc., d/b/a Grab N Go” which involved a beer and wine permit.

Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
