ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In Re: Revocation of
Construction Permit Nos. 0560-0262-CA, CB, CC, CD, CE, AND
CF, and Operating
Permit 0560-0252
This
matter comes before me on a Petitioner for Review by Palmetto Lime, Inc.
seeking review of the Department’s revocation of Construction Permit Nos.
0560-0252-CA, CB, CC, CD, CE, and CF, and Operating Permit 0560-0262 for the
Charleston Lime Plant. After due consideration, Petitioner has determined that
it is no longer interested in pursuing its appeal of the permit revocation.
On
motion of the Petitioner for dismissal of this appeal, with the consent of the
Respondent, this matter should be and hereby is dismissed with prejudice.
AND
IT IS SO ORDERED.
