The matter is before the Administrative Law Court (Court) pursuant to a request for a
contested case hearing filed on May 1, 2003. By letter dated April 27, 2005, counsel for the
Petitioner notified the Court that it wished to withdraw its petition for a contested case hearing.
Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
