The South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC),
Respondent, and Pantry, Inc., d/b/a Pantry #574 (Pantry #574), Petitioner, hereby enter into the
following Consent Agreement:
Whereas, DHEC is charged with administering the food service facility inspection
program in accordance with S.C. Code Ann. § 44-1-140(2) and S.C. Code Ann. Regs. 61-25;
and,
Whereas, DHEC has conducted a number of inspections of Pantry #574 in accordance
with statutory and regulatory requirements; and,
Whereas, Pantry #574 is a retail food establishment located at 2837 Broad River Road,
Columbia, South Carolina; and,
Whereas, a routine inspection of Pantry #574 on January 13, 2004, resulted in a score of
79, and a routine inspection on December 9, 2004, resulted in a score of 81; and,
