The matter is before the Administrative Law Court (Court) pursuant to a request for a
contested case hearing filed on October 9, 2002. By letter dated May 12, 2005, the Petitioners
notified the Court that they wished to withdraw their request for a contested case hearing.
Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
