ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is scheduled to be heard as a contested case hearing at 10:30 a.m. on March 31,
2003. Pursuant to an affidavit filed with this tribunal on March 17, 2003, it has come to our
attention that Mr. Lynn Harris, the sole protestant in this matter, has passed away.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for March 31, 2003 in this
matter is cancelled.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the South Carolina Department of Revenue and Taxation
issue the retail liquor license applied for upon Petitioner’s payment of the prescribed fee and bond.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket No. 03-ALJ-17-0088-CC is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
