Gail Lucas agreed to withdraw her request for a contested case in the above-captioned matter
with prejudice. Therefore, as that consent order has now been executed and Petitioner has thus
withdrawn her request for a contested case in this matter,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned case is DISMISSED with
prejudice.
