ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The Petitioner notified this Court by letter dated April 26, 2005, that it desired to
withdraw its request for a contested case hearing based on the County Board of Assessment
Appeals valuation of the Respondent’s property. The Petitioner stated that the parties had agreed
on a valuation and that a hearing was not necessary. There being no case in controversy after the
Petitioner’s withdrawal,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
