ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The parties have reached an agreement which resolves all issues pending in this
appeal, by which Respondent has agreed to issue a permit to Petitioner, as modified in
accord with their agreement, and Petitioner agrees, as to this appeal only, not to challenge
Respondent’s authority to apply the S.C. Coastal Zone Management Program to impacts
to isolated wetlands.
Therefore, and with the consent of the parties, this appeal is hereby dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
