The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. On March 4, 2003, a letter was received from Hana Pokorna-Williamson, Attorney for Consumer Affairs, advising that Consumer Advocate is now satisfied that the proposed rates will not be excessive, inadequate or unfairly discriminatory, and therefore, wishes to withdraw his request for hearing. A copy of said letter is attached hereto and made a part of this Order. There being no further controversy,


Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed.
