ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
THIS MATTER COMES before me at the request of the Petitioner, Southern Utah Wilderness
Alliance which, with the consent of the Respondent, South Secretary of State, moves for a voluntary
dismissal of the above-captioned contested case. By letter dated December 21, 2004, the Court was
notified that the Parties had settled this matter, and that the Petitioner would pay $350.00. Counsel for
the Respondent has confirmed that the sums have been received. Based on good cause shown,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that, pursuant to Rule
41(a)(2) of the South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure, with the consent of all parties hereto, this action,
including all claims herein asserted by all parties, is hereby dismissed, with each party to bear its own
attorneys’ fees and costs.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
