ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-captioned contested case was filed with the Administrative Law Court (Court)
on September 21, 2004. On March 8, 2005, William Gary White, attorney for the Petitioners,
filed a letter with the Court in which he set forth that the Petitioners were withdrawing their case.
Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
