ORDERS:
ORDER OF REMAND
These matters are before the Administrative Law Court (ALC or Court) pursuant to the
Appellant’s Notices of Appeal filed on May 18, 2004. The Department filed Motions to
Remand these matters on July 6, 2004, which set forth:
The Department acknowledges that there have been some delays in responding to
inmate grievances at Evans. However, the duties of the IGC of Evans have been
assumed by management-level Institutional Grievance Administrator and all
efforts are being made to respond to grievances such as Floyd’s. As such, the
Department respectfully requests that this case be remanded to the Department so
that it can process Floyd’s grievance.
Therefore, finding good cause,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this appeal be REMANDED to the Department for the
Department to process these grievances within forty-five (45) from the date of this Order.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
