On January 14, 2005, Respondent Cozy One Stop, Inc., informed this tribunal that it no
longer wished to contest the suspension of its beer and wine permit sought by Petitioner South
Carolina Department of Revenue. Therefore, as the party initiating this matter has notified this
tribunal that it wishes to withdraw its request for a contested case hearing,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned case is DISMISSED with
prejudice.
