Hearing on the above proposed regulation is set for Monday, January 24, 2005, at 10:00
a.m. The Court was advised by letter dated January 14, 2004, from John H. Caldwell, Agency
Representative for the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles, that the Department has
received no requests for hearing, therefore, requesting that the hearing in this matter be
canceled.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for Monday, January 24,
2005, at 10:00 a.m. is canceled.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number
04-ALJ-21-0398-RH is hereby dismissed.
