ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The Petitioner notified this Court by letter dated January 14, 2005, that she desired to
withdraw her request for a contested case hearing based on the Respondent’s revocation of the
Petitioner’s license of the community care home. There being no case in controversy after the
Petitioner’s withdrawal,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
