This matter is before the Administrative Law Court pursuant to an Agency Transmittal
Form filed on November 23, 2004. Eden Gardens of Greenwood requested a contested case
hearing in response to a letter from the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental
Control suspending its license as a result of alleged violations of S.C. Code Ann. Regs 61-84.
By letter dated January 18, 2005, Eden Gardens of Greenwood notified the Court that it wished
to withdraw its request for a contested case hearing. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case is dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
