The above-captioned matter was filed with the Administrative Law Court (ALC or Court) on October 23, 2009. On May 19, 2010 counsel for Petitioners notified the Court via e-mail stating that they were withdrawing their appeal because the parties have settled. Therefore, finding good cause,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is DISMISSED with prejudice.
