ORDER OF DISMISSAL
THIS MATTER comes before the Administrative Law Court (ALC or Court) pursuant to a request for a contested case hearing filed by Petitioner on April 2, 2009. On June 12, 2009, however, Petitioner notified the court by letter that he no longer wishes to pursue this matter sub judice.
THEREFORE IT IS ORDERED that the above referenced case is HEREBY DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
