ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-captioned regulation hearing was filed with the Administrative Law Court
(Court) on December 30, 2004. On January 7, 2005, Melanie A. Joseph, Legislative Liaison for
the Department of Insurance (Department), filed a letter with the Court in which she set forth
that she was withdrawing the Department's request for a regulation hearing in this matter.
Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
