ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This
matter comes before the Administrative Law Court pursuant to a Petition filed
by the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation (LLR). A
hearing was held on March 17, 2009 during which the Respondent stated that they
would comply with the subpoena issued by LLR. On April 8, 2009, the Petitioner
set forth a letter which stated that counsel for the Respondent did in fact
comply with the subpoena. Therefore,
IT
IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is DISMISSED.
AND
IT IS SO ORDERED.
