1976, as amended. Having received Petitioner’s Motion to Withdraw Citation attached hereto, and having been persuaded that the Petitioner has shown good
cause why its motion should be granted,
THE PETITIONERS MOTION
is hereby granted.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED
that this protest be dismissed on the grounds that the Petitioner’s citation
has been withdrawn.
